What happens when you press send: nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored. Your answers are turned into a message and you choose whether to send it by email or on WhatsApp, from your own account. That is the whole mechanism.

None of these are required. Every one of them means the first reply is useful rather than a list of questions back.

The date, even roughly

A month and a year is enough. Availability is the first thing that has to be checked, and it is the one answer nobody can give you without it.

The venue, or the shortlist

Venue rules shape a design more than taste does. Ceiling height, rigging, open flame, load-in windows — all of it changes what can be built.

Which ceremonies

A single Haldi and a four-day weekend are entirely different pieces of work. Tell us everything you are planning, including the ones you are undecided about.

Anything you have already saved

A Pinterest board, three screenshots, a photograph of your outfit fabric. Contradictory references are fine — sorting them out is part of the job.

A budget range

Not a number you are committed to. A range. It is the difference between a proposal you can actually use and a beautiful one you have to decline.

Who else is deciding

If parents are approving the design, say so early. It changes how the proposal is presented and it saves a round of revisions later.

Before you write

Three quick answers

No. The first call, the concept discussion and an honest answer about whether we are the right fit all cost nothing. A formal design proposal with floor plans and a line-item quote is prepared once we have agreed on the scope.

Within one working day. During peak season a Saturday enquiry may wait until Monday, because Saturdays are event days. If your date is close, call instead of writing — a phone call always jumps the queue.

Ask anyway. Full wedding weekends genuinely need months, but single functions — a Haldi, a Seemantham, an engagement — are often possible at short notice, and cancellations open dates that were closed a week earlier.
